Why is it we know Christmas comes on December 25th every year, yet we always wind up doing lots of last minute errands and chores? Every year I vow to start earlier and don't. Sadly, when we do that we miss the true meaning of Christmas and become more like this:
Satan Santa
This cookie came out of the oven with an attitude. It had a crease between its eyebrows and the raisins we baked in that way...LOL He met his maker... literally!
instead of this...

Our friend Whitney showing off her masterpiece. These Santas are really works of art and a lot of work!
(Cutters come from Grammascutters.com and they are known as Aunt Chick's Santy (sic) Cutters.)
Here are some things to help get you in the holiday spirit (sorta):
My friend Chuck said he just put up his Christmas Tree and was enjoying the fresh pine scent...
He may have the right idea as I have needles on the floor and he doesn't! We did a different tree this year. It's small, so most of our ornaments were too heavy. I went with light ones of red, green, gold and white...
Now for the real "Reason of the Season! Audra was asked to be in a 6 piece ensemble to record "Carol of the Bells" as Ohio Wesleyan University's Christmas Greeting. Here is the link:
